Digital Marketing Intern

Effulgence Tech is a web design and digital marketing agency that also offers AWS cloud computing training and consulting. We’re looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Intern to join our team for a 3-month training program, working primarily on internal company marketing initiatives.

About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you’ll get hands-on exposure to real marketing campaigns, learning how to plan, execute, and analyze digital marketing efforts that drive growth for Effulgence Tech’s own brand and service offerings.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across email, search, and social channels
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities
• Support SEO efforts, including keyword research and on-page optimization
• Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
• Collaborate with content, social media, and design teams on integrated campaigns
• Help manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (where applicable)

What We’re Looking For

• A strong interest in digital marketing, branding, or growth strategy
• Basic familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or similar platforms (a plus, not required)
• Good analytical skills and comfort working with data and reports
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting
• Open to anyone with the relevant skills, regardless of educational background
